JJ is an entrepreneur and real estate investor turned DSCR specialist, with experience across logistics, hard money, and non-QM wholesale lending. He has originated and structured deals spanning fix-and-flip, DSCR, ground-up, mixed-use, and bridge financing. With hands-on experience across every side of the business, JJ brings a strategic, investor-focused approach to helping clients scale their portfolios. When he’s not working deals, he’s building and racing cars in Florida.
